On the way to Boise we decided to make it a fun trip we stooped here at the Shoshone Falls. It was incredible there was so much water. It is amazing that it comes all the way from the Palisades Dam. And that water supplies water to thousands for farmers along the Snake River. A picture of the family with Bowdrie and Grandma and Grandpa. Shancy was there with Hal but as you can tell it was a bit cold so she was in the car with the baby boy.
Uncle Bowdrie and the boys!
Bowdrie taking pictures is dangerous. After he took the picture of Austin and I he kept taking pictures and we couldn't figure out what he was doing thus the look on our faces, and then I caught on and he continued to snap pictures. I figured Bowdire's antics were worth putting down to always remember. He can always put a smile on our faces. I am comforted to know that the Baby of the family although spoiled rotten (Holdan) can be the light of the family as well as the pain)!
WE are wondering what he is doing, it was taking forever. He only took ten!
I know goofy pictures, but I was having a bad day and he put a smile on my face!
Bowdrie playing with the boys
Grandma tying to talk Holdan into rolling down the hill.
I thought it was funny that Ruxton was hiding in this tree from Bowd. You can't see him in the bottom picture, he is really in there.
I don't think they like Uncle Bowdrie :). They were going like crazy they had drivien over two hours and had more to go, so I let them go for a bit.
Austin and Kade at Thousand Springs in Hagerman, ID
More horsing around this time with Gavin!
Me and Shancy didn't really get out and look around, it was so cold we had to hold the babies :), so before we left we thought we should get a picture to say we were there.
Just being goofy while we figured out our night setting on our camera. Actually she was keeping me warm! Love this little sister, so fun to have her close by since the rest are not!
Some of the Price gang!
Mom, Maysi, Shancy
Of course there is not a Price gang really without an Ashley! As much as she might not want to admit it, she is one of the gang of the girls!
This was actually really cool to see. It just comes right out of the mountain side. Not just a trickle of a spring but just gushing out! Austin and the boys walked down to where you can get to it. My boys drank some and Addler loved it, he just kept drinking apparently! I had no idea, he didn't get sick, so I guess spring water really is the best!
I was amazed how much water runs under us and then just comes gushing out!
On the way home we stopped at Malad Gorge. I had to see the place that many people think we are from when you tell them Malad. I did not know how deep it actually was.
Austin, Holdan, Maestin, Ruxton, Addler
Maestin, Ruxton, Addler
Maestin
We let them run a bit before we continued. There was a playground and lot of room to run. Maestin is such a good big brother and helper. He gave Holdan a piggy back ride all the way back to the car! How lucky Holdan is to have such good brothers.
I love that they are all such good friends with each other.
Maestin, Addler, Holdan
This really was a fun weekend. A much needed get waay for us. thank you Kade and Ashley. There really was a baby blessing, I just didn't get pictures that day! Kade did a marvelous job, it was a neat blessing and a special little boy.
