Baby Zaydrie and beautiful mother!
I am never going to catch up! We are way too busy!
So I am now documenting my trip to Alaska! Months before about nine months before after I had worked real hard at Pepper getting pregnant:) (I really did)! Pepper had the great idea of me coming up to Alaska with mom in May. I had actually had the same idea, so I was on board and excited to go! However, I didn't think we would ever get there after the day started. We left Malad at 7:00am Wednesday morning to catch our like 12:00pm flight to Seattle. Not a chance we didn't leave Boise until 6:00pm that night and we were praying that we would get that flight. So we got lucky the rest of the night on all the flights had room for us cheep standby ticket holders! We got into Anchorage, AK at I think like 1:00 am on Thursday and spent the night with Pepper's good friend Kay. Then she took us half way to Soldonta where the pregnant lady met us and took us the rest of the way. So finally by like 2:00 pm Thursday we make it! Not a moment too soon really, because it was very important that we were a part of the Bug's bedtime routine, who are we kidding every routine that he has, and he has a lot. I can't tell you how happy I am that we were there early enough to be a witness to how life is ran. But really he would have told us everything and it would have all worked out. That kiddo could run the house on his own and not forget a thing! I loved spending time with him and getting to know him, it was a very entertaining 2 weeks for me! And I loved loving on Zaydrie! And hanging out with Pep! And spending some fun relaxing time with my mom! And eating the food Shayne cooked! Yum-yum!
Thank goodness for a great dad that drove us to Boise, and waited to see if we got on our flight! Nope all full we didn't! So he came back and got us. I made the suggestion to go and tour the newly remodeled capital building. Here is Mom and I in the House of Representatives room.
Dad loved it, at least that was my impression! You should have followed what you love daddy! Here are Dad and I in the lounge room! Very fancy.
Dad and I again
George Washington statue that has been there forever.
We have to be in Alaska now there are bears. Kay took us through a animal reserve place that had a number of animals in it. Kind of fun!
Mom and I in the rain with a bear.
And there she is little girl Zaydrie and her beautiful grandma! I am so glad I was able to be there to see her before she to bigger with her enormous appetite. Lachlan was excited to see mom and dad and a little unsure about the new addition.
He loved her toes. This is the first time that he really acknowledged her. Every time he would see them he would say in this little high pitched voice, "oh look at her little toes, their so little"
Aunt Maysi and Zaydri I just loved this little girl and miss her terribly. I loved the most that I could hold her for three hours give her back and sleep though the night and still enjoy her, with out all the soreness, tiredness, ug you can go on and on! I just got to be the aunt. Ok I changed a major blowout a couple of times!

Daddy, Lachlan, and Zaydri. Lachlan wanted to hold her after his dad picked him up.
Big brother giving baby sister a kiss good buy. The best part about having a new baby is the reaction of the siblings, it is always so special no matter how many times it happens.
Stay tuned for more on Alaska!
