Easter

Easter was special in our home this year with a new baby, as well as, things just crazy in the Price family.  Dezi and Trevor had their baby boy as well a little too early.  So their kiddos were around and Shancy's kids came for the weekend.  Along with Tubbs kids and Price kids life was fun and crazy, but special.  We spent the day before the Easter egg hunt coloring eggs.  It is so nice having kids old enough that they do it almost entirely on their own.  They had  a lot of fun.  Then we went in for the Malad Easter Egg hunt.  And topped it off Sunday with a quiet dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Price's with Bowdrie and Kade and Ashley came for a bit.

My boys showing off their new Easter shirts...work shirts and sun glasses.  Holdan didn't get a shirt like the others and I knew I was going to be in trouble for it.  So, Easter morning arrives and I am laying in bed listening to the joys of Easter and I hear what I had been waiting for..."Where is my cowboy shirt?"  He survived it.  Really the boys loves these shirts and they wear them a lot!

My number five little man

Tagger V. Tubbs just could not wait any longer to join the craziness of four boys any longer.  He decided to come early then wait for ever to make an appearance on April 1 at 12:46 am.  He weighed 6lbs 8oz and was 20 1/2 inches long.  Around the Tubbs household he is the best, most perfect baby boy to ever grace the earth.  I really don't think there is another little boy more perfectly loved than our little Taggert.  The spirit is so strong each day, and even stronger when he opens his eyes.  I will share more thoughts that I have had the last few days, but one thought that needs to be expressed, Austin had this thought come to his mind as he was pondering all that had happened to us, and this is what he shared with me.  The lord told him basically be calm I am in charge, and he was.   We are grateful for the hidden blessing that our four long days brought to our life.

Austin looks a bit tired but he is recovering right along with me and he looks much better each day.  Thank you my love, you are amazing.  You are such a great support and strength to me.  He makes Taggert look so small.

Maestin is taking the responsibility of the oldest very seriously and is taking care of everyone and everything.  He has just been an amazing young man to have in the home.

If Taggert appears a little yellow in some pictures it is because he is.  I have him laying in the sun so that we can get rid of a bit of jaundice.

The big brothers love to help with bath time and hate if he cries even a little they are right there talking and giving him the binky, Maestin wanted to take a bunch of pictures.  And Austin requested I get a picture of his little legs.  Austin feels like he is just going to brake them.

Holdan has grown a ton in just three days.  He has not had a bad day, and loves his little Taggert so much.  He is moms big helper and loves to get a blanket for me whenever I need one.  He also takes care of what he calls diaper balls.  Each morning he goes into my room and gathers up the nightly diapers and throws them away without me asking him.  He has been such a big boy I am so proud of him.

My little man...who knew that my heart had room for so much love for five amazing boys, and one amazing man.  My heart has been so full I don't even know how to express it all.

Holdan sledding?

We unfortunately had a very dry winter.  Which means...NO SLEDDING!!  The boys were pretty bumbed this year because they didn't get enough snow to sled.  I looked out one afternoon to see Holdan taking matters into his own hands!  He can play for hours and stay busy and happy.  He has a good imagination.
